On November 18, 2022, gathered with partners and volunteers to officially cut ribbon and unveil the restored information kiosks near the Vietnam Veterans Memorial and Korean War Veterans Memorial on the National Mall.

On October 25, 2022, the Trust for the National Mall hosted a rooftop reception overlooking incredible views of the National Mall to gather with friends, supporters and longtime benefactors during sunset hours.

On October 14, 2022, the Trust for the National Mall hosted a commemorative birthday concert for President and General Dwight D. Eisenhower featuring a stirring and inspirational performance from the U.S. Army Band “Pershing’s Own.”

On September 22, 2022, hundreds of volunteers from The Home Depot, including veterans, gathered on the National Mall for a day of service to repair the information kiosks near the Vietnam Veterans Memorial and Korean War Veterans Memorial as well as prime and paint the fencing around the National Mall.

The Trust for the National Mall was honored to welcome our Corporate Leadership Council to our headquarters to discuss the Trust’s partnership with the National Park Service on the National Mall this past season while looking ahead to exciting upcoming projects this fall.

On August 26, 2022, the Trust joined supporters, donors, and the National Park Service in commemorating the completed roof of the new, sustainable and state-of-the-art horse stables on the National Mall with a hard-hat tour of the construction.

On July 21, the Trust for the National Mall and its partners joined Senator Elizabeth Dole and Congressman Jim Slattery at the World War II Memorial for a Commemorative Birthday Concert honoring the late Senator Robert J. Dole on the eve of what would have been his 99th birthday.

On June 28, the Trust for the National Mall gathered with its long-term champions, corporate partners and new supporters to usher in a summer season of celebration on America’s Front Yard with a Big Bus tour of the National Mall followed by a rooftop reception at the new Trust headquarters at 1730 Pennsylvania Ave NW.

The Trust for the National Mall was thrilled to gather with supporters and partners on two separate occasions to officially launch the new Trust Cornerstone Council (TCC). The events were hosted by TCC Co-Chairs Andrea Franklin and Pam Marquez and brought together new and existing supporters of the Trust to engage them in the shared cause of restoring, preserving and enriching America’s Front Yard.
