The Trust for the National Mall is the non-profit philanthropic partner of the National Park Service dedicated to preserving, restoring and enriching the National Mall. The Trust partners with the National Park Service to bring private philanthropy and project expertise to carry out critical restoration projects and create educational opportunity and programming to ensure the National Mall remains a vibrant and engaging civic stage and national park for generations to come.

Internships

The Trust for the National Mall recruits interns to support the implementation of the organization’s goals and strategies. The interns assist in carrying out several key functions of the organizations including Donor Cultivation & Stewardship, Government Affairs, Special Events & Corporate Engagement, Volunteer Program and Marketing & Communications.

Interns will have the opportunity to learn and develop their skills to support their career aspirations.

Volunteer

Volunteers play a vital role in helping the National Park Service (NPS) engage with visitors and maintain the grounds. As the official nonprofit partner of NPS, the Trust for the National Mall is committed to building a sense of stewardship for this iconic park.
