Teach 250: “America 250 Adventure” on the National Mall

Join us for the next session of Teach 250 as National Mall and Memorial Parks rangers share the park’s new education program created for America's 250th anniversary.  Explore places connected to this anniversary and find out which sites on the National Mall were impacted by previous anniversaries.  In this program, students follow clues as they investigate how the National Mall has evolved over time by examining the Washington Monument and Constitution Gardens.  Play the role of your students and learn some new National Mall stories in honor of America’s Semiquincentennial.

Educators are invited to join the Trust for the National Mall, National Park Service and Destination DC for the next installment of this year's series of Teach 250: Inspiring a More Perfect Union. Leading up to the historic 250th anniversary of American independence in 2026, this teacher workshop series is designed to help prepare educators for the upcoming 250th anniversary of the Declaration of Independence by exploring ways to celebrate, honor, commemorate, and dive deep into America's 250 years of history.
