The Trust for the National Mall’s Professional Leadership Committee invites you to join them for a restorative virtual yoga class on Saturday, November 14 at 11 am.  Join our volunteer instructor, Kseniya Tsoi, for 45 minutes of restorative yoga from her home to yours.

A donation of $10 is recommended. Donations from this event will go towards helping the Trust fulfill our mission of preserving the historic legacy and enhancing the visitor experience of America's most-visited National Park.

Kseniya Tsoi

As a yoga and meditation teacher, Kseniya’s passion and purpose is to ignite, or perhaps reignite, your curiosity and explore how simple life can be. An hour on a mat, 15 minutes sitting in stillness, and a good meal are her definitions of happiness. Her training philosophy can be summed up in the acronym KISS- Keep it Simple Sweetie. Be intentional with every breath you take with every move you make.

Her favorite spot on the National Mall is the World War II Memorial, especially at sunset with the fountains on. That is the first place she brings her guests when they come to town.

For live classes you can find Kseniya teaching at Onelife Fitness at Ballston, Sport and Health -Northwest DC, Crunch Fitness Chevy Chase. She also teaches corporate classes at FINRA and private clients all over the DMV.

Follow Kseniya’s yoga updates on YouTubeFacebook, and Instagram.
