Philanthropic Data and Systems Manager
Lucy Wu is the Philanthropic Data and Systems Manager at the Trust for the National Mall. In this role, she supports the Trust's philanthropic endeavors by driving continuous improvement through the strategic use of data and technology. She focuses on fundraising and membership activities to ensure the Trust's philanthropic data and systems are effectively leveraged to support the organization's mission.
Lucy brings over five years of successful fundraising and development experience. She has a strong background in managing and optimizing CRM systems, having managed Salesforce CRM, led cross-functional data projects, and collaborated on database migrations at nonprofit membership organizations. She is also passionate about JavaScript technologies and the open-source community and was involved with the nonprofit tech accelerator OSLabs.
Committed to public service, Lucy is excited to contribute her skills to advancing the Trust's mission of preserving and enhancing the National Mall as a vibrant space for all. She is a graduate of the University of Rochester and an alumna of the Fellowship for Emerging Leaders in Public Service at NYU Wagner.
In her spare time, Lucy enjoys mentoring, visiting museums, attending public programs and events, and traveling.
