Jennifer Flagel
Senior Director of Philanthropic Operations
As Senior Director of Philanthropic Operations at the Trust for the National Mall, Jennifer Flagel provides leadership for prospect research, donor stewardship, gift processing and database management. Jennifer is passionate about leveraging data and technology to remove barriers and deliver highly personalized engagement opportunities that build awareness and support for the National Mall as America's Front Yard.
Prior to joining the Trust, Jennifer held senior leadership positions in fundraising, enrollment, and technology management for colleges and universities, including Associate Vice President for Development Services at George Mason University and Associate Vice President of Enrollment at Bentley University. Through her consulting practice, Operational Solutions, Jennifer has guided a number of institutions in strategic alignment of data, systems, people, and processes.
Jennifer resides in Arlington, VA with her husband and son. She is a native Michigander and proud alumna of the University of Michigan-Flint (BBA/MBA ’97) where she now serves on the School of Management Advisory Board. In her spare time, she enjoys walking outdoors, building jigsaw puzzles, and spending time with family and friends.
