The Trust for the National met up with Sergeant Norlith Roberts at the U.S. Park Police Horse Stables and Education Center on the National Mall in recognition of Women's History Month. Sergeant Roberts has broken barriers as the first Black, female sergeant with the Mounted Unit at the U.S. Park Police. She talks about her advice to young women who are following in her footsteps and what it's like to call the National Mall home as a Mounted Unit officer.
