Notice of Filming

This area is being used to photograph and record video in connection with Humana’s sponsorship of the National Mall of Pickleball. By your presence in this area, you acknowledge that you have been informed that you may be photographed and recorded as part of the release in photo, video and/or any media known or hereafter devised, in perpetuity throughout the universe and the advertising and publicity thereof. Further, by your presence here, you grant your permission for your likeness and voice to be included therein without compensation, credit or other consideration. 

All photographs, film or video footage, or other audio or video recordings, and any works derived therefrom, shall be the sole property of Humana and you waive any and all rights of the publicity, privacy, or other rights therein. You further waive any and all rights to bring an action at law or equity against Humana, its successors, assigns, and licensees, and release them from any and all liability whatsoever related to the photographs and recordings.

If you do not wish to be photographed, recorded, or appear under these conditions, we ask that you please leave this area. Please contact the event staff or film crew with questions.
